How can I make an order?
The main goal of I Look WOW is to provide you with the best image processing available on the web. If you are looking for examples of our processes, then please review our “Preset Gallery”. If you start from the home page, you will have two possible ways to order the process to your photos.
- You can review the examples of our effects using the arrow left / right. If an example fits your needs then register with our site and select the option with the “Do it with my photo” function located on the homepage.
- If you are looking for something that is not displayed in our preset gallery then please describe to us your wishes by using the button “Create Custom Effect”*.
Once you have decided on the effect, you can then access our download box for your photos. At the top of the page, there is an I Look Wow scheme of work. It will always help you keep you informed with your position in the ordering process. The right side of the screen shows your chosen effect, the price, and description of the type of editing. Located below this information is a text box where you can leave your comments and suggestions regarding future work.
* If you chose the 'Custom effect' on the right side of the screen, a text box is available for any additional information.
The left side of the screen contains a form of uploading your photo. In order to upload your photo on our site, just click on an empty field. Once your download is successful, the picture will be on display in this field and under it will appear the name of the downloaded image resolution. In addition, we have provided an opportunity to replace the downloaded file with another, if you happen to make a mistake in photo selection.
To continue, you need to be registered and log into the site. If you are not logged in or do not have an account, you will first need to registration. If you have an account then proceed to the log in located near the upper right corner of the screen.
The last page in the ordering process confirms you that your order is successfully created and waiting for payment confirmation.
How can I create my own effect?
How can I create my own effect? If there are no effects among those offered to match your needs, then we will be happy to take in your description and requirements and tailor a special product for you. To do this use the button “Create custom effect” on the main page or by selecting Custom effect from the drop-down list on the download photo page.
When you send us your photos you must describe what requirements you desire within the comments field located next to the picture. Once our specialist reviews your order, you will receive an email with the cost of work requested.
How does our approval process work?
To ensure that our work meets your requirements there is an approval mechanism on ILW site. We can ensure that eventually what you pay for what you want to receive. Once our design staff has completed the job, you will receive a notification mail with an invitation to go to the page of the discussion of the order. To access the page, you must be log into ILW.
There is a scheme of ILW site posted at the top of the page. It always helps to understand what ordering stage you are in and what will be the next step will be. Just below the selection will be the original image and comments from the designer. If you are satisfied with the way your photo, you can approve it and proceed to payment. If our customers have any comments or concerns regarding their order they can make the issue known by using the appropriate form in the block of set for discussion, located below. The designer, working on your photography will also include any concerns in the discussion. Discussion however is impossible when the work is in the process phase.
If you have more than one photo, which require approval, you can easily switch between them using the bottom field.
How can I pay for my photos?
What is “my photos” page?
You can manage all your pictures through “My photos” page. To access this section you must log in to the ILW and have at least one uploaded image. This section has four blocks to it:
1. Pictures that require payment.
2. Pictures that are in the approval process.
3. Your photo gallery (past products we have created for you).
4. Your new orders.
Blocks that do not contain images are hidden from view for your convenience.
The first block will contain the processed photos from our specialists, but require payment. Here price and name of the effect applied to photos are presented. To pay you must click the Buy this photo button, which is located directly under the picture preview.
The second block contains photos processed by our experts that have yet been approved by you. Here you can find out the date of the order, comments about your picture, and other information that you may require. This allows for the photo approval and communication with our experts. To apply approvals to your picture use the button “To approve page”. If a picture is currently being processed an indicator will appear and the comments section of will not be available.
The third block contains all photos that have been processed and paid for. This ability allows you to download them or share with friends. For this to occur we have provided the use four buttons that are under the preview section. Photos will be stored on our server so you can get access to them at any time and from any location.
The last block will contain all new orders. If you make a mistake during your order creation, you can delete it here, but only before our designers begin to work on it.
How can I download a completed photo?
Photos that have been processed and paid for will be located in the “My photo” gallery box of the “My photos” section. To access this section you must be log in to ILW and have at least one ready-made photo. You can download them using the Download button, which is under the picture preview.
How can I share my photos in social networks?
ILW provides the ability to share photos with large social networks such as Myspace and Facebook. These images once processed and paid for in the “My Photos” gallery box of “My Photos” section will have direct links to perform this function. To access the section you must be logged in to ILW and have at least one ready-made photo that has been processed and paid for.
Simply click the icon of appropriate social network, which is under the photo preview in “My Photo” gallery block of “My Photos” section.
